Agriturismo Corte Lantieri proposes dishes reflecting the tradition of Franciacorta, inspired by near by Sebino (Lake Iseo), a picturesque mountain lake offering fantastic views and fine-tasting fish. Great attention is paid to the choice and use of seasonal fruit and vegetables, and local produce generally. In fact, there is a wide and curious choice among local products which have been awarded recognition and titles.
Fine and tasty starters include cured meats and cheeses standing out among which are the “r.e.t.”, the salame fromMontisola, SilterCamunoandSelvino di Grotta cheeses served with precious jams and honeys produced in the nieghbourhood.
Casoncelli, risotto al Bagoss, manzo all’olio, guancialino di vitello in gremolada, roast meats with fresh kitchen garden vegetables and aromatic herbs, are only some of the specialities that guests can taste in the fascinating surroundings of the halls at Corte Lantieri or, in spring and summer, outside on the splendid terraces, enjoying the view over the vineyards and hills.
Every dish is presented with refined care, and accompanied by our D.O.C.G. and D.O.C. Franciacorta wines of great excellence.
To close every convivial occasion, our chef presents delicious and irresistible desserts: tarts, fruit flans, petits fours and puddings.
